All products are sold AS IS and may not be repackaged for resale or relabeled. Tribe Botanicals LLC is not responsible for any indirect consequences or damages arising in connection with the use of our products. Any testing performed by the buyer must be carried out by a qualified expert.

Do not drive or operate machinery after use. Do not use if pregnant or nursing. Keep out of reach of children. Do not combine with other substances — Tribe Botanicals LLC is not responsible for any damages caused by combining our products with other substances. The buyer acknowledges responsibility for knowing and complying with the laws and regulations regarding these products in their area, and confirms they are 21 years of age or older.

Customers who provide false account information are subject to prosecution. We reserve the right to deny any purchase at our discretion.

Refund / Exchange Policy

Tribe Botanicals LLC is not responsible for shipping carriers and will not refund any items that are lost, stolen, or damaged during shipping.

A refund, exchange, or store credit may be available in certain circumstances. To qualify, the customer must contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.

To qualify for a refund, exchange, or credit, we require the original product to be returned with a valid tracking number. Returned products do not need to be unopened or untampered with; however, at least 95% of the original product must be returned. Refunds and exchanges will not be processed until we receive the original merchandise.

We reserve the right to refuse returns, and to deny an exchange or credit upon inspection of any returned merchandise. Tribe Botanicals LLC does not assume responsibility for return shipping costs on any merchandise, and will not reship a returned product for any reason.
